Why I Created The Social Summit

After years of attending real estate conferences across the country, I noticed something missing. The information was solid, but the energy — the creativity, the collaboration, the spark — wasn’t there. Then I started going to creator events in Los Angeles and New York City, and I felt something different. The rooms were alive with possibility. People were talking about storytelling, personal branding, and showing up authentically - not just business.

That’s when I knew I wanted to bring that same kind of energy to our industry.
The Social Summit was born from a vision to reimagine what a real estate event could be — a space where agents, creators, and entrepreneurs come together to learn, grow, and connect on a deeper level.

It’s not just about building a business — it’s about building a brand, a community, and a mindset.
This event is where creativity meets connection, where inspiration turns into action, and where real estate finally feels exciting again.

  • While you are welcome to stay anywhere, we recommend South Beach or Wynwood. For your convenience, we have room blocks reserved at the following two hotels

    • The Cadillac Hotel South Beach

    • The Moxy South Beach

  • Yes! Your ticket includes a hosted cocktail reception on Tuesday, February 24th. Lunch will be provided on site in addition to an end of day happy hour on Wednesday, February 25th.

  • Keep it polished yet comfortable—business casual is the way to go for The Social Summit! Don’t be surprised if I am in a hoodie tho 😉

  • No! The Social Summit is open to all professionals — we welcome agents from all geographies and brokerages. I am proud that last year agents came from 18 different states over 12 different brokerages.
